Location: Central Catering Facility Rowallan Business Park Kilmarnock, KA3 6BQ Salary: £33,124 - £35,927 per year pro rata Contract Type: Permanent Position Type: Full Time Hours: 3 5 hours per week Job Purpose East Ayrshire Leisure's Hospitality Service is growing significantly and we are looking for an ambitious, experienced and passionate Manager with experience in Business Management, Management or Logistics / Catering Service Management to: Implement an effective Catering Service to our Venues and Food Services across East Ayrshire; Champion the safe and on time transportation and logistics management of the catering services and stock / equipment deliveries to our venues, partner and customers; Manage and take ownership of the Logistics Planning and Execution to meet the requirements of the service; Train, coach and develop the Catering Team; Work closely with our Strategic Lead and Central Kitchen Management to grow and develop a commercially viable logistics service that meets the needs and wants of our service users and venues. Rate of Pay Annual Salary is £33124 - £35927 per annum. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm (50 minute unpaid lunch break daily) Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm (40 minute unpaid lunch break) Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the service and events.
