Job Description
We’re looking for a multi-skilled video editor and visual storyteller who can bring bold ideas to life through video — from brand films and social media content to 3D animations and eCommerce product stories.
You’ll take creative ownership from storyboard to screen — shooting, editing, and animating in-house to craft visually stunning, emotionally resonant content. You’ll also be comfortable using AI tools to push creative boundaries, speed up production, and deliver more impactful results.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Concept, storyboard, and produce high-impact videos that tell powerful brand and product stories.
* Shoot and edit in-house video content — from campaign films to behind-the-scenes stories and social cutdowns.
* Create dynamic 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that elevate our storytelling.
* Develop social-first content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Leverage AI tools to enhance storytelling, speed up editing, generate visuals, and improve creative output.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop ideas that drive engagement and brand growth.
* Produce eCommerce videos and product explainers that highlight innovation and usability.
* Manage multiple video projects end-to-end — ensuring every deliverable is on brand, on brief, and on time.
* Stay ahead of trends in video, animation, AI, and digital storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in video editing, production, and animation (preferably in marketing or agency environments).
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and online video editing tools such as CapCut.
* Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or Fusion 360).
* Demonstrated ability to storyboard, script, and ideate creative campaigns.
* Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and sound for in-house shoots.
* Passionate about AI-driven creativity – from generative visuals to automated editing and voice tools.
* Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and composition.
* Deep understanding of social media formats, hooks, and audience behaviour.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Bonus Skills
* Sound design and colour grading.
* Experience with motion graphics, VFX, or CGI.
* Photography and stills editing.
* Understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and performance-driven creative.
We’ll start you off between £32,000-£38,000 (depending on experience and capabilities), with the opportunity to have remunerated targets and the ability to be promoted if you prove yourself successful.
