Head Teacher - Alternative Provision, Burnley, Lancashire. We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our unique alternative provision. This is a temporary-to-permanent role with start in October 2025 or sooner.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the school's vision, ensuring high-quality, alternative education that meets the needs of every student.
* Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day running of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, and budget control.
* Safeguarding: Champion a culture of safety and well-being, ensuring all statutory and contractual obligations are met.
* Community Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with parents, external agencies, and the wider Burnley community.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the school's performance, driving continuous improvement in student attainment and staff professionalism.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, resilient, and dynamic leader with a strong belief in the potential of every young person.
* With QTS: You will have a successful track record in senior leadership, with a deep understanding of teaching, learning, and curriculum design.
* Without QTS: You will have extensive leadership or managerial experience in a relevant field, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and drive positive outcomes for young people.
