About the role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Officer role in the Student Casework team. The post holder will support the work of the Student Casework team, which is based in Academic Quality in Academic Services, and is responsible for organising and coordinating administration relating to student casework, ensuring paperwork is managed promptly and fairly in accordance with the university’s processes and procedures. Key work areas include appeals, complaints, academic offences and other student-facing processes that could lead to an Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA) outcome.

* Salary: £26,093 to £28,778 per annum (pro rata) with progression opportunities to £31,236.
