Senior Consultant- Digital Solution Architect

YOUR ROLE
The focus of your role, as a digital solution architect, is to work in a product design or development team to architect solutions for our clients. You will work on new or existing IT services that require innovative solutions and potentially radical transformation to provide the digital offerings expected by customers. The delivery approach (customer-centric and agile) and technical solutions will require clear leadership to collaborate with our clients to achieve outcomes. You will design the end-to-end solution, map the underlying capabilities, ensure alignment with architecture standards, patterns or blue-prints, and provide technical support to scrum teams and the product design team to develop the solution.
An additional aspect is to prove the value of new propositions and solutions through prototyping, technical feasibility assessment and piloting. You will work with cloud-based solutions to rapidly implement MVPs or spikes to prove value. You will collaborate with UX and Service Designers and developers to design, implement solutions and support rapid iterative development.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own growth through activities in the following areas:
* Business Development – leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, client events.
* Internal contribution – campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, offering development.
* Learning & development – training to support career development, skills demand, certifications, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
* Must have experience delivering digital solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Comfortable working in an Agile environment balancing time-to-value and iterative delivery with governance and control processes.
* Experience building and testing applications, exploring cloud-native services, and working with UX/UI or front-end developers to build prototypes.
* Understanding of Cloud Services and solution components including PaaS, SaaS, Serverless Computing and microservice-based solutions.
* Ability to communicate at business and technical levels and bring solutions to life for stakeholders.
* Ability to design end-to-end solutions that are cost-effective, improve digital footprint, increase transaction completion rates, and meet business KPIs and user satisfaction.
* Understanding of current and future technology trends; experience delivering digital applications or services, DevOps, and navigating both modern and traditional approaches.
* Ability to develop the next generation of digital architects through mentoring, coaching and learning development.
You must be cleared or eligible to obtain a UK Security Clearance.
