A well‑established secondary school in Birmingham is seeking amitted and skilled Science Teacher to join their team immediately, with the potential for the role to continue until the end of the summer term. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner who can teach across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.
About the Role
1. Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, assessment, and all directed time
2. Deliver engaging, high‑quality Science lessons across KS3–KS5
3. Teach general Science at lower school and your specialism at KS4/KS5 where appropriate
4. Maintain strong behaviour management and create a purposeful learning environment
5. Contribute to the wider life of the school and Science department
What We’re Looking For
6. A qualified Science teacher (QTS or equivalent)
7. Strong behaviour management and the ability to motivate learners
8. Confident teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at KS3/4, with at least one specialism at KS5
9. Someone organised, proactive, and ready to step into a full timetable immediately
10. A teachermitted to delivering high standards and positive oues
