Candidate skills & requirements What will you bring to the role? What You'll Bring - A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or similar technical discipline). - Experience working in a precision manufacturing or aerospace engineering environment, with an understanding of associated regulations such as ISO9001. - Good understanding of machining processes - including turning, milling, gear cutting, grinding, or other complex metal-cutting operations. - Proven ability to plan and lead technical projects - coordinating multiple teams and priorities. - A structured yet flexible approach to problem-solving and decision-making. - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods (Six Sigma certification an advantage). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage different stakeholders such as shop-floor, suppliers and senior-level stakeholders. - Willingness to travel to other sites to support on-site execution.
