Vacancy - Site General Manager - King George V and Rothesay Dock

We are seeking a Site General Manager to lead, inspire, and develop our dynamic team.
Your Role
1. Reporting to the Deputy Port Director, you will manage the performance of the business units at King George V and Rothesay Docks.
2. You will lead your team to deliver industry-leading EHS performance, support and influence the achievement of financial performance objectives, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service.
3. You will build strong relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including customers, trade unions, suppliers, and shipping lines, working collaboratively to ensure the delivery of optimum customer service.
What You'll Bring
* Extensive leadership skills and experience in a logistics, operations, transport, or bulk handling environment.
* Excellent team player with the ability to lead, influence, coach, and develop your team.
* Dedication to safety and strong commercial acumen with proven experience of meeting and exceeding revenue and EBITDA targets alongside operational excellence.
