An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Event Coordinator to join a well-established law firm.
This role will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, including webinars, seminars, and conferences.
* Key Duties include:
o Taking the lead in event logistics, including catering, AV, etc
o Managing and analysing event expenditure
o Identifying and contracting external venues
* Supporting the team with event organisation and execution
The ideal candidate will have experience in event management within professional services, preferably in the legal sector. They should also have strong budgeting and negotiation skills.
