SALT is supporting a global FMCG company, who are looking for a meticulous and insights-savvy “ Social Insight Quality Control Analyst” to oversee the accuracy and consistency of deliverables across a range of digital and social insights projects.
Acting as the final checkpoint before delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of quality, clarity, and relevance for senior stakeholders.
Ideally London based, but remote considered for the right fit
12-month contract, outside IR35
You will:
Review and validate data and reports delivered by a network of freelance analysts, ensuring they meet project objectives and internal quality standards.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors, or misinterpretations in analysis and reporting.
Ensure insights are clearly articulated, aligned with business needs, and actionable for non-technical stakeholders.
Provide constructive feedback to freelancers to help elevate the quality of future deliverables.
Uphold methodological best practices and support continuous improvement across insight workflows.
You will need:
Strong background in social insight analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
Experience quality-checking insight outputs
Excellent attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to reviewing data
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, business-relevant insights
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities across concurrent projects
