The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically designing, building, and then subsequently operationally managing this brand-new pro-active outbound department.

This new team will be focussed on making pro-active outbound sales, customer service, loyalty and retention telephone calls to customers, generating / saving significant revenue to help the business achieve its ambitious growth plans.
Traditionally, outbound sales is a numbers game, and quality or service are less relevant for a department of this nature; not in this case. CS and CX standards must remain at the core of this new outbound function.
Operating from the London office 3 days per week, and WFH 2 days per week, you must be a data driven, passionate, people focussed leader who is determined to achieve success through positive disruption.
