Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage maintenance, compliance, and minor project work across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely (from home), you'll utilize your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and assess the condition of properties as needed.
Building relationships with onsite teams is crucial to ensure effective management of both planned maintenance and reactive issues. You will also oversee compliance across the estate, requiring experience in compliance and facilities management. Additionally, you'll organize project work through JCT contracts, including writing specifications, tendering to contractors, and ensuring quality standards.
While chartership is not required, autonomous working experience across multiple sites is beneficial. Project delivery experience up to £300k, along with familiarity with facilities, compliance, and maintenance, is necessary.
