About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our established finance and accounting recruitment team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and high-performing & collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source and recruit top-tier finance and accounting professionals across various commercial and industrial sectors
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
3. Develop a deep understanding of the local finance recruitment market
4. Control the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement
5. Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets by developing existing business relationships.
6. Carry out business development activities to create new commercial opportunites
7. Conduct interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments
8. Provide strategic recruitment solutions to client organisations
9. Provide a flawless candidate and client experience
Essential Requirements
10. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in finance or accounting recruitment
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Strong networking and business development abilities
13. Proven track record of meeting sales targets
14. Degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred but not required)
15. Proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office, CRM
16. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
