Overview
Senior Creative Producer: Delivering breathtaking experiences is your superpower, you love all things production and have a positive, collaborative approach at all times. With a focus on creativity and operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the company’s creative first approach to production, making significant contributions to our award-winning experiences.
Responsibilities
* You’ll lead on the creative production of your projects, working alongside the rest of the project & client experience teams to ensure our clients requirements are met, as well as our creative vision.
* You can oversee a variety of projects with the ability to switch between brand installations, experiential activations and digital experiences seamlessly, ensuring production budgets and timelines are approached with a composed, flexible and positive attitude when creatively problem solving.
* You’ll deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and collaboration, internally and externally
* You have excellent supplier communication and negotiation skills, with an established ability to manage multiple work streams and multiple client relationships
* You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, recognising the importance of the strategic objectives as well as ensuring the commercial outputs are achieved
* You have a relentless attention to detail
* A genuine interest in emerging technologies and integrated trends.
Experience
Significant level of experience is desired from an events agency.

* Reporting into Head of Production
* No direct reports
* Salary circa £55k + GP Share option.
* Working from home up to 2 days a week an option post probation period.
* Available to travel to shows across the world
