* Engage students with a diverse range of texts, from Shakespeare and 19th-century fiction to modern drama and poetry.
* Foster a "Culture of Reading" across the school, using data-driven insights to ensure every pupil reaches their potential.
* Implement "Quality First Teaching" strategies to support SEND and EAL learners, ensuring English remains accessible and challenging for all.
* Act as a dedicated Form Tutor, upholding the school's high standards for attendance, behaviour, and student wellbeing.
Qualifications
* KGA Bay House School is seeking an inspiring and academically driven Teacher of English to join our collaborative team.
* UK QTS and a strong degree in English or a related discipline.
* Proven experience (or a willingness to develop expertise) in the AQA assessment frameworks.
