Bradley David Associates are looking for a Medical Underwriting Team Leader to lead a team of 14-16 people who work in our Group Employee Benefit division.

Whilst leading a team, you will work alongside other Team Leaders to help deliver the highest possible service that supports our reputation as the largest provider in the Group Market.
* £48,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience

What Youll Do:
* Oversee and lead a team that delivers outstanding customer service.
* Create a high performing team through fair, open and engaging communication.
* Develop our most talented people to support the positive people culture the business strives for.
* Set clear objectives and provide fair feedback so people understand how well they are doing against key goals.
* Ensure processes are followed that accurately uphold Policy Terms and Conditions of the insurance product.
* Continuously developing data and Mi to identify where the customer experience can be improved on. Following onto implementing new ways of working which also satisfy regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
* Investigate and resolve complaints and queries, in line with the divisional & regulatory complaint procedures.
