Our client, a dynamic, family-run business with over 1,200 employees nationwide, is recruiting an experienced Fire Risk Assessment Surveyor Bristol to support fire safety compliance and passive fire protection works across the region.

As a Fire Risk Assessment Surveyor Bristol, you will:

* Carry out pre-surveys of fire doors and compartmentation.
* Identify non-conformance and provide technical solutions to FRA issues.
* Conduct pre- and post-work inspections, including compliance checks.
* Produce clear survey reports and technical recommendations.
* Oversee and support the delivery of FRA works.
* Liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Ensure compliance with PAS 2030/2035, Health & Safety regulations, and Approved Document B.
