We are looking to appoint an additional member of staff to join our Housekeeping Team. The vacancy is available immediately.
Domestic Assistants are responsible for a wide range of cleaning duties and responsibilities, which include ensuring that the school is cleaned every day to the required standard/specification.
Working safely using correct warning signs, protective clothing and safety equipment and being mindful of hazards to other staff and students. Compliance with the Health and Safety practices of the school.
You will need to be;
1. To be physically fit
2. To be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance
3. Possess a flexible and adaptable approach to working patterns and job tasks
4. Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties.
5. Team player, personable, emotionally intelligent with a sense of humour
6. Previous experience of working in a school or education setting would be desirable but not essential.

This role is for 30 hrs per week (9.00am-3.00pm) working 44 weeks per year.
