Responsibilities
* Guiding customers through their post-sale journey with clear communication and support from purchase through to handover.
* Overseeing vehicle preparation and documentation, ensuring everything is ready to the highest standard.
* Delivering smooth, seamless handovers and encouraging customer feedback through reviews.
Qualifications
* A natural people person with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Highly organised with an eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* Confident and professional, taking pride in representing both JCT600 and the brand(s).
* Driven to go the extra mile, ensuring every customer leaves feeling truly valued.
