Property Litigation Solicitor – Remote – 6 months FTC
We are representing a specialist firm focused exclusively on real estate disputes. They are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor for a 6-month contract to manage an existing caseload following the departure of a senior solicitor to join ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a full caseload of property litigation matters with confidence and minimal supervision.
* Handling mixed commercial and residential disputes, including advisory and representation work.
* Dealing with solicitor negligence claims related to property litigation.
What They’re Looking For:
* England & Wales qualified solicitor with strong property litigation experience.
* Comfortable working in a small team environment.
* Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
* Flexible on location – most of the team works remotely.
