We are looking for

nurses who inspire others & can lead in a compassionate way.

The ideal candidate for the role will: (main duties)

1. As part of a team of band 7 nurses delivering 24/7 professional and clinical leadership and care and operational management of the department.
2. Ensure the delivery of high quality, responsive, safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
3. Support the Matron in developing the service.
4. Act as a leader and role model, adopting a flexible approach in a role which encompasses leadership, management, and clinical responsibilities.
5. Demonstrate expert knowledge of emergency nursing care.
