DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

I am working with a well-established UK-run digital agency that has successfully expanded into Dubai. They are looking for a strong Digital Account Manager from the UK who is keen to relocate and play a key role in servicing a mix of regional and international brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands UK agency standards and wants to bring that structure, pace and client servicing excellence into a growing Middle East office.
The Role
As Digital Account Manager, you will act as the key day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You will work closely with strategy, creative, social and performance teams to drive fully integrated digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple client accounts across digital and integrated campaigns
* Lead client communication and build strong, trusted relationships
* Take detailed briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs
* Oversee campaign delivery across social, content, paid media and web
* Manage timelines, scopes and budgets
* Identify opportunities for organic growth and upselling
* Prepare presentations, reports and performance reviews
* Ensure high standards of account handling and process
What They’re Looking For
* 3-5+ years experience in a digital or integrated agency in the UK
* Strong understanding of social, paid media, content and digital production
* Confident leading client calls and presentations
* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
* Open to relocating to Dubai
