Hays Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing local organisation with an exciting new position to support their established team headquartered in Perthshire. This is an opportunity to kick-start your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and would suit a recent graduate with experience in a customer-facing, retail or sales-focused role.

Your new role

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, businesses and stakeholders
2. Deliver onboarding sessions, training and ongoing support to clients
3. Represent thepany at events, meetings and promotional activities
4. Gather feedback and insights to help improve services and customer satisfaction
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery


What you'll need to succeed

6. Experience in a customer-facing, retail or sales position
7. Proactive attitude
8. Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships
9. IT skills and proficiency using CRM software
10. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
