Your new role
As a CRM Campaign Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and retention. Working within an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, personalised experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, build, and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging using Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
2. Design automated workflows and Canvas Journeys based on lifecycle stages and behavioural insights.
3. Personalise campaigns using Liquid scripting for dynamic content.
4. Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.
5. Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns using performance insights.
6. Ensurepliance with GDPR, CCPA, and deliverability best practices.
7. Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance.
8. Maintain documentation and supporternance processes.
What you’ll need to succeed
9. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
10. 2–4 years’ experience in CRM campaign management, email marketing, or digital marketing operations.
11. Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar multichannel tools.
12. Familiarity with campaign automation, segmentation, and reporting tools.
13. Basic knowledge of Liquid scripting (preferred).
14. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign metrics.
15. Excellentmunication and project management skills.
16. Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of anti-spam regulations.
