We are looking for an (Senior) Influencer Account Manager to join this highly impressive global agency. This role is tasked with delivering best in class client service and executing end to end influencer campaigns across a variety of brands and platforms.
Sectors include Travel, FMCG, Sport, Music & Culture.
The role is Influencer focused, however experience in social media and celebrity is advantageous.
PLEASE NOTE - This role is based 4-5 days in the central London HQ.
The Role
* End-to-end delivery of social/ influencer projects.
* Be the primary point of contact for clients and building strong relationships.
* An understanding of social channels inc: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch.
* Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies, to support new business briefs and upsells to existing clients.
* Lead in influencer identification using a variety of tools and vetting.
* Track and analyze campaign insights, with recommendations for client reports.
* Manage campaign budgets and track expenses.
* Support in finding opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive new business growth through upselling.
* Continuously develop relationships with talent agents.
* Support junior members of the team in their work and development.
The Person
* Ideally at least 3 years working in Influencer, Social Media roles – ideally agency, but open to relevant in-house brand experience.
* Passionate about the world of Influencer marketing at all levels – micro to macro campaigns.
* An understanding of the wider digital marketing mix beyond social media would be an advantage.
* Ability to tap into Gen-Z mindset.
* Strategic thinker with a real hands-on mindset.
* Ability to hit the ground running and quickly build relationships internally and externally.
* Happy to be in the office 4-5 days a week.
