Overview of the Role
Mott MacDonald is a market leader in the UK water sector. The Digital Water Consultancy Team is expanding and looking for a digital specialist to support live commissions and internal implementation initiatives. The role involves strategic advisory services, implementation support, and delivery of execution plans across a broad digital landscape.
Candidate Specification
Essential
* Degree level education in a relevant subject
* Excellent understanding of digital services and solutions applicable to the UK water industry
* Experience managing small digital delivery teams and supporting junior team development
* Track record advising and implementing digital change for clients
* Excellent technical report writing using concise English
* Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across multidisciplinary and client teams
Desirable
* Chartered status with a recognised professional institutionli>
* Experience applying ISO19650 principles
* Experience with change management principles
* Experience within the UK water industry
* Skills in Python, PowerAutomate & PowerBI
* Familiarity with ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud or SharePoint
