In this role, you will be responsible for developing inclusion approaches in our school and addressing the needs of students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential both inside and outside the classroom. We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with young people and understands the challenges they may face in education. Can develop effective strategies to support inclusion and student wellbeing. Is committed to upholding our Catholic values and nurturing academic and personal development. Key responsibilities: Lead on the development and delivery of inclusion initiatives, ensuring all students have the support they need to access education fully. Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to identify students who require additional support and develop individual action plans. Build strong relationships with students, families, and external agencies to facilitate support and remove barriers to learning. Monitor and evaluate the impact of inclusion strategies, adapting approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of students. Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and high aspiration for all learners, supporting the school’s values and mission. Support the safeguarding of all students, ensuring that all concerns are reported and followed up in line with statutory guidance.
