What You'll Do
* To provide and maintain a high-quality cross-College administrative system for supporting and tracking exam access arrangement processes.
* To facilitate the application and approval of exam access arrangements for students across the college to meet Awarding Body deadlines in liaison with the Exams Officer
* To liaise with learners in a timely and professional manner to initiate a timely and responsive application for Exam Access Arrangements
* To liaise and attend any relevant courses to gain information with regards to Exam Access Arrangements, as required by the JCQ
* To ensure that learners have approval for appropriate Access Arrangements in place for their exams within the regulations of the Awarding Bodies
* Provide completion of records notably the Form 8s Forms 1 etc in a timely, responsive manner at a very high standard for inspection
Who We're Looking For
The right applicant will possess a team orientated focus, open and approachable to our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) learners and have the ability to liaise with internal and external professionals working with individual learners.
