IT Technician
Location: Leeds (Hybrid working model)

The Role
You’ll provide hands-on IT support to colleagues across the business, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff receive outstanding service. From resolving day-to-day issues to supporting projects and maintaining our IT infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in keeping Ten10 connected and secure.
What you’ll be doing
* Deliver 1st Line (and some 2nd Line) IT support across hardware, software, and core IT services
* Build, configure, and deploy desktops/laptops for new and existing users
* Maintain the IT asset register, ensuring accurate records of all hardware and software
* Manage IT support tickets, providing timely resolution and clear updates
* Assist with IT procurement in coordination with the Head of IT and Senior IT Technician
* Contribute to internal IT projects and wider team initiatives
What we’re looking for
* Experience providing IT support in a professional environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
* Confidence working with hardware (laptops/desktops) and provisioning devices
* Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
* Exposure to IT good practice standards (e.g., ITIL)
* A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new technologies
