* Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Research potential clients and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
* Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
* Build strong relationships with prospects through professional communication and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–4 years of proven experience in lead generation or inside sales (preferably in IT services or technology solutions).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong research, prospecting, and CRM management skills.
* A proactive and target-driven approach to work.
* Must be comfortable working on-site from our Reading office.
