Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
* Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
* Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital.
* Assist with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members.
* Ensure all office supplies are stocked and ordered when necessary.
* Help manage rental properties
* Ready to start week commencing 15 September 2025
Skills
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is essential.
* Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Competent in using various office equipment and software applications.
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
