We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Warehouse Tutor / Assessor to join our team. This role involves delivering engaging training, assessing learners’ skills, and supporting them throughout their journey into employment within the warehousing or retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality warehouse and retail training in line with awarding-body standards and our curriculum.

Assess learners’ competency, knowledge, and performance using a variety of assessment methods.

Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to learners, helping them achieve their qualification and employment goals.
*
Maintain accurate records of learner progress, feedback, attendance, and assessment outcomes.
*
Design engaging, interactive, and inclusive sessions tailored to a diverse range of learners.
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment.
*
Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices across warehouse, logistics, and retail environments.
Ideal Candidate / Required Qualifications:

MUST hold a teaching qualification, such as:
*
Level 3/4 Award or Certificate in Education & Training (AET/CET Or older equivalent qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, A1, D32/D33)
*
Experience delivering or assessing warehouse, retail, logistics, or vocational training (desirable).
*
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
*
Passionate about supporting learners into meaningful careers in warehousing, retail, and related sectors.

Able to adapt teaching and assessment styles to support different learning needs.
