Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our team at Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield This is a high-performing, well-established operation with a team of 15 colleagues, supported by a dedicated Trade Parts Manager. The team is stable, has excellent retention, and consistently overachieves against targets—playing a key role in the overall profitability of the business. This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday–Friday, no weekends) offering a £38,000 basic salary, OTE up to £49,000, company car, and a strong benefits package. About the role You’ll take full ownership of a large, busy parts operation, leading a well-established, high-performing team. Your focus will be on maintaining momentum, driving continued success, and ensuring operational excellence across both sites.
