Sutha Aesthetics is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a dual role that combines digital media management with front-of-house responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone with experience in customer service and digital marketing who is looking to develop their career within the aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients, managing reception duties and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
* Handling enquiries, bookings, and supporting the smooth running of clinic operations.
* Delivering excellent customer service and assisting with treatment sales.
* Creating and managing engaging digital content for social media platforms.
* Supporting marketing campaigns and contributing to digital growth and brand awareness.
* Assisting with wider business development initiatives.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
GCSE Maths and English grade B (6) or above
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sales and marketing experience
* Organised, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident in client-facing roles with a customer-focused approach.
* Competence with digital platforms and social media management.

Preferred Experience:
* 1 year+ experience within aesthetics, marketing, or sales.
* Background in customer service or front-of-house roles.
* Knowledge of digital marketing practices and content creation.
