Enviroduct Cleaning is expanding our operational team and were looking for aHybrid TR19 Techniciansto support bothKitchen Extract Cleaning (TR19 Grease)andKitchen Deep Cleaningacross a wide range of commercial sites.
This role requiresflexibility to work both days and nights, depending on the needs of the business.
Working patterns vary based on client access, site requirements, and job type.
About the role: Conducting full and partial cleans to TR19 Grease standards Access panel installation Fan removals, cleaning and re-installation Capturing before/after photographs and micron readings Completing digital job forms and certification data via our Field Management system Deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment, walls, floors, canopies & surfaces Working to strict hygiene and food safety standards Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to compliance standards Supporting other technicians onsite when required Occasional support with TR19 Air & Fire Damper Testing (training provided) Representing the company professionally when interacting with clients Ensuring company equipment and vehicles are maintained correctly What you will bring: Experience in TR19 Grease cleaning and/or commercial kitchen deep cleaning (preferred, but training can be provided) A strong work ethic and high attention to detail Flexibility to work both days and nights, including Sundays (Normal Week Sunday-Thursday) Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and physically demanding environments Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Full UK driving licence (essential) Whats in It for You: £28,000 base salary plus £1,200 annual retainer bonus Salary increase after successful probation 20 days annual leave Working away allowances hotel accommodation meal allowances Access to industry qualifications & training(BESA, Fire Damper Testing, TR19 Air) Company vehicle & fuel card Progression opportunities as we continue to grow A supportive management team who prioritise quality, safety & development Perkbox benefits platform Clear career progression path as the business and Group continue to grow About Vadella: Vadella Group is a PE-backed compliance services business operating across the TICC market- fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, HVAC and health and safety consulting.
