This role is for a Senior Marketing Recruitment Specialist at Four Recruitment. Location: Westhoughton, Bolton. We’re working with a thriving business based in Westhoughton that's on the lookout for a Sales & Support Advisor to join their growing team. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings positivity and drive to everything you do, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you! This role would suit someone with a background in customer service or sales support, who is confident communicating with people and loves delivering an excellent service.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, solution-focused support
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable options
* Identifying opportunities to provide added value
* Keeping records up to date in the CRM system
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Learning about the company’s products and services to provide accurate information
