Job Overview
Responsible for effective queue and ticket management for the assigned Hub and surrounding spoke locations, ensuring timely updates, call handling, and resolution in line with contractual service levels. Managed Hub stock and asset control, including scanning IT equipment in and out of locations, overseeing locker replenishments, and ensuring accurate asset tracking. Carried out triage and in-warranty hardware repairs, liaising with vendors for parts replacement and returns, while managing compliant disposal of end-of-life equipment. Proactively identified service risks and improvement opportunities, escalating concerns to the Team Leader as required, and consistently adhered to all agreed authority site regulations and Computacenter processes and procedures.
