D365 Support Consultant

We’re hiring a D365 Support Consultant to join a growing Microsoft-focused technology consultancy delivering ERP and business application solutions to organisations across multiple sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working closely with clients, and helping organisations get the most out of their Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Microsoft Dynamics modules, integrations, workflows, and customisations
• Support system updates, environment management, and release planning
• Test and validate patches, hotfixes, and new features
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project teams to resolve technical issues
• Provide clear communication and support to end users and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• Experience supporting ERP or enterprise business systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive mindset and interest in continuous learning
Nice to Have
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Exposure to Azure or cloud platforms
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
