Offer description

Your role The TFC (The Fuelcard Company) & Keyfuels Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives to promote our range of fuel cards under these brands, but also including Oilco brands too (Esso/Shell/BP) with a specific focus on the haulage and logistics sector and small-to-medium-sized commercial fleets (typically around 40 vehicles). This role will play a critical part in elevating the profile of The Fuelcard Company and Keyfuels brands, ensuring they remain highly relevant and compelling in a price-sensitive, competitive marketplace. With an acute understanding of fuel pricing dynamics, digital strategy, and sector-specific behaviours, the TFC & Keyfuels Marketing Manager will drive sustainable growth by supporting long-term brand equity and full-funnel pipeline nurturing activity. A key requirement is the ability to translate insight into action — defining targeted, commercially grounded marketing campaigns and collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue and Customer Success teams, while keeping sight of longer-term strategic objectives beyond quarterly sales cycles. The role also demands a strong understanding of how to effectively utilise digital real estate (including web presence, landing pages, paid search and SEO) to influence buyer behaviour, establish brand authority, and ensure visibility in high-intent digital environments. Equally important is the ability to build strategic alliances with key industry bodies such as the Road Haulage Association (RHA) and Logistics UK (LUK) to promote our fuel card solutions to their member networks. What you'll be doing Develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies tailored to the needs of hauliers, operators and fuel buyers from across the UK known market of Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) and from within the existing Corpay CRM system Understand and reflect the price sensitivity and procurement behaviours typical of the needs of smaller fleets, logistics, haulier companies when shaping proposition messaging and value narratives. Craft and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, web, paid media, social) to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement. Optimise the use of digital channels and customer journey touchpoints, ensuring high-impact digital presence that supports both brand value and performance marketing. Work with the content marketing team to build compelling content tailored to fleet operators, including sector-specific whitepapers, testimonials, ROI tools and industry reports. Support partnerships with RHA (Road Haulage Association) and LUK (Logistics UK) promoting our propositions through their platforms, communications and events. Collaborate with Sales to ensure strategic marketing initiatives align with pipeline needs across all funnel stages — from awareness to acquisition and retention. Lead campaign performance reporting, driving continual optimisation based on conversion data, attribution insights, and channel performance. Contribute to long-term marketing and brand strategy, ensuring tactical campaigns support broader objectives such as customer lifetime value and a deeper market penetration Work closely with the Marketing Centre of Excellence to adopt best practices across Marketo, Salesforce and UTM tracking for robust campaign execution and measurement. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in B2B marketing role, ideally within the fuel, EV, payments, mobility, fleet management or related sectors Demonstrable experience in data-driven marketing and campaign strategy Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (ideally Marketo) and CRM systems (ideally SFDC) Confident in managing multi-channel campaigns and tracking performance using UTM parameters and analytics tools Skilled at interpreting data to evaluate performance and inform decision making Solid understanding of the sales funnel and experience collaborating closely with sales teams Exceptional communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive mindset with a passion for innovations, optimisation and delivering results YOUR SALARY AND BENEFITS Competitive salary Bonus 25 days annual leave plus public holidays Holiday buyback scheme Volunteering days Pension scheme Life insurance Health and wellness programs, including medical cover Significant career progression opportunities, with potential to take on a larger leadership role in the future. Ongoing professional development and training resources.
