Overview
Join our West Midlands team as a Dedicated Response Cleaner, where you\'ll play a key role in maintaining high standards through planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), recovery cleans, and reactive tasks. Working closely with frontline staff, you\'ll support daily operations and deliver hands-on training to help the team excel.
Responsibilities
* Manage all cleaning operations on-site, meeting client specifications and schedules.
* Adhere strictly to client security procedures and maintain professional relationships.
* Train new employees on cleaning regimes, waste disposal, and site protocols.
* Maintain storeroom order and ensure adequate stock levels, reporting issues promptly.
* Record all site visits accurately and adhere fully to scheduled shift times.
* Demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
* Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
