£ Flexible package with strong incentives We’re working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial agency on a mission to expand into new markets and we’re looking for a Head of Business Development to help drive that growth. This is a newly created role for a commercially driven business developer with the network, flair, and credibility to open doors to new clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll take ownership of
new business acquisition and
build trusted relationships and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. We will discuss the generous salary package on application. What you’ll be doing
Proactively develop new client relationships and use your network, outreach, and referrals Spot and shape opportunities, from smaller projects to
six- and seven-figure accounts
over time Lead conversations, pitch, and build credibility with senior decision-makers Collaborate with our creative and strategic team to craft compelling proposals Stay ahead of market trends and identify high-value growth opportunities Develop acquired accounts through cross-selling and upselling What we’re looking for
5–10 years in
business development or client leadership
within a creative, comms, or events agency A strong network of brand or corporate contacts and the credibility to engage them Proven track record of winning high-value new business Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, and consultative sales style Self-motivated and driven, with the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment Why join?
