Women’s Rugby World Cup England 2025 (Women’s RWC 2025) will be the 10th edition of the women’s tournament. World Rugby, in partnership with the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and UK Sport, has formed a Local Operating Company to plan and deliver the event.

As the Venue Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and contracting services for the RWC 25 Image and Look and Overlay program. Working closely with RWC 2025 Functional Areas (FAs), venue operators, and suppliers, you will ensure requirements meet the needs of all client groups against RWC 25 standards and supplier agreements.
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide support to the Senior Manager Venue Development in contract management, as well as assisting in managing contract documentation and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
* Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely information gathering through to delivery execution. This includes scoping exercises, site visits, application decisions, asset inventory, design review, operational logistics, installation, and removal.
* Support the Image and Look Manager in reviewing, collating, and delivering the tournament Look Books against FA requests and RWC 25 standards.
* Coordinate supplier programs to align with the wider tournament schedules.
* Maintain accurate records of all branding and signage materials, including inventory and installation plans.
* Support on-site delivery, including supplier coordination, stadium liaison, cost management, and approval processes.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine scope and manage costs. Support change management processes to control project scope and budget.
* Participate in and report on regular review meetings with stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure readiness for RWC 2025.
* Assist the Venue Development team with operational and logistical administrative tasks such as accommodation, travel, accreditation, expenses, venue access documentation, and parking requirements.
Experience & knowledge you’ll need:
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating interfaces between them.
* Proven communication skills and ability to review and deliver quality reports.
* Ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks from planning through to execution, ensuring all deliverables are met.
* Strong administrative and IT skills, including MS Office.
Nice to Haves:
* Previous experience within Events
* Previous experience within Image and Look or Overlay projects
* Experience in contract management or servicing
