What You'll Be Doing
1. Delivering high-quality, commercially focused tax advisory and planning services
2. Advising owner-managed businesses with practical, real-world solutions
3. Leading on company restructuring and business planning
4. Providing technical expertise in income tax, CGT, trusts, estates, and ideally stamp duty
5. Preparing company accounts with a tax advisory lens
6. Managing HMRC enquiries and negotiations
7. Translating complex legislation into clear, actionable advice
What We're Looking For
8. ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified
9. Strong experience in personal and business tax, including CGT and trusts
10. Proven track record working with owner-managed businesses
11. Exposure to restructuring, EMI schemes, and complex advisory cases
12. Confident communicator with a client-first approach
13. Comfortable navigating HMRC guidance and legislation
