Job Title: IT Field Engineer
Location: Cornwall (Travel to customer sites across Cornwall)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Electric company car
Contract: Full Time
About the Role:

We're looking for an IT Field Engineer to join a dynamic team, providing on-site support, installations, and maintenance across Cornwall. Key Responsibilities:
* Visit client sites across Cornwall to provide IT support and troubleshooting.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software (servers, PCs, printers, networking devices).
* Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
* Carry out basic networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs).
* Keep accurate records of all work and customer interactions.
* Collaborate with the Plymouth-based Support Desk on escalated issues.
* Provide excellent customer service, offering guidance and reassurance where needed.
* Participate in training and assist in onboarding new team members.
* Undertake other duties as required within the scope of the role.
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience in IT support (desk-based or field).
* Knowledge of Microsoft environments; networking experience is advantageous (training provided).
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Cornwall.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused.
