Requirements
* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
* Proven Earthworks experience
* Experience in heavy plant operations
* Strong site supervision and leadership skills
* Ability to manage site operations safely and efficiently
* Up-to-date CV required
Roles & Responsibilities
* Supervising earthworks operations on site
* Overseeing heavy plant operations and plant coordination
* Managing site teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
* Conducting daily briefings and maintaining health & safety standards
* Coordinating plant, materials, and labour on site
* Reporting progress and liaising with management teams
