About the Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Nursery Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality childcare and early education following the EYFS framework Plan and take part in engaging age-appropriate activities Support children’s emotional, physical, and social development Maintain accurate observations and contribute to learning journals Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team Ensure the environment is safe, clean, and well-organised Build strong relationships with parents and carers Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or working towards) A genuine passion for working with young children Good understanding of child development and safeguarding Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer Ongoing training and professional development A rewarding role where you can make a real difference All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
