RemotelyTalents Academy is the B2C education arm of RemotelyTalents, helping people become competitive remote candidates through clear positioning, structured strategy, and practical execution.
We’re hiring a Career Coach to support students in coaching-based programs. This is not a motivational role — you’ll diagnose what’s blocking progress, improve high-impact areas, and guide students through a proven remote job search system.
The ideal candidate combines coaching skill with recruiter-level judgment.
What You’ll Do
* Run 1:1 coaching sessions (CV, LinkedIn, positioning, outreach, interviews)
* Diagnose root issues in a student’s job search and provide targeted solutions
* Help define career direction and position experience for remote roles
* Guide students through a structured job search system (applications, networking, follow-ups, AI usage)
* Provide direct, practical feedback aligned with real hiring standards
* Prioritize high-impact improvements (CV, LinkedIn, positioning, search strategy)
* Lead group coaching calls and workshops with a tactical, execution-focused approach
* Drive accountability, consistency, and progress while maintaining clear coaching boundaries
* Identify recurring blockers and contribute insights to improve program content and frameworks

* Clear on what’s holding them back
* Focused on what to fix first
* Stronger in positioning and applications
* More structured and consistent in their search
* Confident in next steps
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in career or job search coaching
* Track record of helping candidates improve traction and land roles
* Strong coaching ability (diagnosing, guiding, not just advising)
* Expertise in:
o CV/resume optimization
o LinkedIn positioning
o Interview preparation
o Job search strategy & execution
o Networking & follow-ups
o Positioning for remote roles
* Strong English communication (spoken & written)
* Structured, practical, results-driven coaching style
* Ability to give honest, direct feedback while maintaining empathy
Strong Plus
* Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search
* Experience with remote or international job markets (EU/US)
* Experience with group coaching, workshops, or cohort programs
* Experience supporting candidates who feel stuck or lack clarity
* Understanding of hiring standards in remote-first companies
* Agency or recruiter-led environment experience
