Legal Administrator – Kennedys

Kennedys is hiring two on-site Legal Administrators. These roles are offered in two locations: Glasgow office and Edinburgh office.


Team

Kennedys' Liability team handles pre- and post-litigation work, including small, large loss, fast and multi-track claims. The wider team advises on motor liability, employers liability, and public liability matters.


Key Responsibilities

* Deal accurately with filing—storage and retrieval of client files in line with the department's filing system and locating missing files.
* Operate the firm's quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures.
* Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information.
* Undertake file closure and archiving when required.
* Use the photocopying equipment to achieve copies of the correct standard in line with the firm's and department's requirements.


Required Experience

* Previous administrative experience.
* Proficient in MS Office packages.
* Good literacy and numeracy.
* Good typing skills.
