Job Title: Associate Director – Transactions
Salary Range: £90,000 – £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits (Guide)
Location: London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Our client is a growing specialist consultancy supporting complex transformation, strategic change and transaction-driven programmes for major organisations across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for transaction advisory expertise, they are expanding their senior leadership team and seeking an experienced Associate Director to help lead high-profile engagements. The Associate Director – Transactions will lead complex M&A transformation programmes, helping clients navigate integrations, separations, carve-outs and divestments from strategy through to implementation while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Role Highlights
* Lead end-to-end transaction and transformation programmes across the full deal lifecycle
* Drive operational due diligence, risk assessment and value creation planning
* Deliver Day One readiness, transition planning and post-deal implementation activities
* Oversee TSA design, governance, exit planning and operational execution
* Develop high-performing delivery teams while ensuring exceptional client outcomes
You Will Need
* Significant consulting experience within transactions, transformation or strategic advisory environments
* Proven expertise delivering carve-outs, integrations, separations and divestments
* Strong understanding of operating model design, synergy delivery and cost optimisation
* Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate complex challenges into practical solutions
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
