About the role
A permanent administrator role supporting the Clinical and Administrative Teams of the Children Young People Mental Health Service (CYPMH).
Ideal candidate
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisational skills, able to work independently or as part of the wider administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with staff, service users, visitors, and carers in a professional manner, with a good telephone manner.
* Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Office packages.
* Receive, allocate and dispatch internal/external mail in line with the Trust policy.
* Serve as the first point of contact for the unit/department, providing comprehensive customer service to internal and external customers of the Trust.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including minute taking, compilation of reports, and correspondence on behalf of senior and support staff to maintain a high standard in accordance with Trust standards.
* Create and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels and with other departments across the health economy.
* Work collaboratively with management teams, including clinicians, to ensure appropriate leads are notified of matters of urgency and addressed promptly.
* Provide secretarial functions to the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader.
* Arrange supervisions and PDRs on behalf of the Manager.
* Attend and participate in team meetings and administrative services meetings as required.
